We are so proud to have brought you this AWESOME experience for this milestone event to celebrate Milwaukee’s African American community working for a better environment. The Ivy House in Milwaukee’s Historic 5th Ward was been selected as the event venue. The event featured entertainment by Ko-Thi African Dance Company and Drummer Ojumire Charleston of Drums up Guns Down 414. The food, entertainment and crowd we hoped to draw would just not fit at the Wisconsin Black History Society Museum. We respect and appreciate the role that Clayborn Benson has played and hope to return there in future years.
