Dear Friend,

The planning committee for the  5th annual African American Environmental Pioneers Awards (AAEPA) wants this event to recognize the important milestone of our 5th year.  The tentative event date is Monday, Feb 19th 2024. We hope you share our excitement and will join our partners in making this 5th annual event special!

We are offering you the opportunity to support this grass-roots event at the following levels:

Steward $1,000 or greater Logo placement on event website, social media, digital communications and print materials, and special thanks during the award ceremony including on the event Program booklet.

Enthusiast $500 or greater Logo placement on the website and print materials.

Supporter $250 to $499 Name recognition in program booklet. $100 – $249, our eternal gratitude

These awards were first held in 2019, in effort to recognize African-American community members who have dedicated themselves to work in service of the Milwaukee community, and the planet, through their work in environmental conservation, sustainability or advocacy.  We hold the awards ceremony during Black History Month to honor the rich cultural history of the African Diaspora, while celebrating our living generations of all ages for their efforts to make the world a better place through environmental stewardship.
